BRIAN FLYNN (Dancer) is originally from Walpole, MA. Mr. Flynn earned his B.F.A. from the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College. He has performed in the works of such choreographers as Paul Taylor, Merce Cunningham, Mary Anthony Dance Theatre, Eun Me Ahn, and the Kevin Wynn Collection, and also performed with the Boston Ballet in Ben Stevenson's production "Cleopatra." He has taught and set works for PRDT including, "Bolero" for the Alvin Ailey/Fordham University B.F.A. Program and the Bermuda Civic Ballet. Mr. Flynn joined PRDT in September of 1999.

SEIJI GAMMAGE (Dancer) is originally from New Orleans, LA. He received his formal dance training at the American Dance Festival, the Ailey School, and Ballet Hispanico before joining the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble in 2000. He has performed works by Donald McKayle, Eleo Pomare, Jawole Zollar, Milton Myers, Tally Beatty, Ron K. Brown and Katherine Dunham. Mr. Gammage holds a BA in theatre from Hampton University and an MFA in dance from Florida State University. He joined Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre in 2007.

PENELOPE GONZALEZ (Dancer) was born in Mexico City where she began her dance studies on a scholarship at the Ballet Nacional de Mexico. She came to New York on a private grant and was subsequently awarded a scholarship by the Martha Graham School. In the U.S. she has danced with the Martha Graham Dance Company and Gomez Dance Theater, among others. She has taught modern dance and staged PRDT repertory at universities throughout the U.S. and Mexico including the Martha Graham School, the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and SUNY Purchase.

CHARIS HAINES (Dancer) is originally from the beautiful beach town of Carpinteria, California. Ms. Haines graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BFA in Dance. She was honored to receive the Alice Condodina Performance Award upon graduation. Since moving to NY, Ms. Haines has performed with Wendy Osserman, Silver-Brown Dance, Jessica Gaynor Dance, Katherine Howard, and Lux Dance. Ms. Haines was first introduced to PRDT while working at the Joyce Theater as the Assistant House Manager and joined PRDT in September 2007.

PATRICK LEAHY (Dancer) grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mr. Leahy graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he received degrees with distinction in both Dance Performance and English Literature. Mr. Leahy has performed the works of Martha Graham, Agnes DeMille, George Balanchine, and Marius Petipa and has worked with choreographers such as Danny Buraczeski, Max Stone, Arthur Aviles, Amy Marshall, Alison Chase, and Joost Antoine Vrouenraets. Mr. Leahy joined PRDT in January 2008.

MICHAEL SPENCER PHILLIPS (Dancer) is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he received his BFA in dance. While at U of M, he also performed with Peter Sparling Dance Company and Eisenhower Dance Ensemble. Upon graduation, he received a scholarship to attend the Merce Cunningham School, and soon after became a member of the Cunningham Repertory Group. Other performance credits include New York City Opera, Risa Jaraslow and Dancers, and an apprenticeship Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company. He joined the Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre in 2002.

ROBERT ROBINSON (Dancer) has worked professionally for Ditch Productions, The Penumbra Theater, Windhover Dance Company, Full Force Dance Theatre, SMARTS, and Triboro Youth Theatre. Robert joined Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre in 2005.



JANE SATO (Dancer) Originally from San Francisco, she has danced and toured internationally with Oberlin Dance Collective, Buglisi/Foreman Dance Company, Jeune Ballet de France, Battery Dance and San Francisco Ballet. She graduated from The Juilliard School, after having studied at San Francisco Ballet School. She has received honors in Standard and Latin Styles of ballroom dance. She has taught ballroom, creative movement, choreography, ballet and modern technique in San Francisco, New York City, Singapore, Vietnam, Jordan, Israel and Australia. Jane Sato joined Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre in October 2005.

ANASTASIA SOROCZYNSKI (Dancer) was born and raised in New Jersey. In 2002, she graduated with a BFA in dance from SUNY Purchase and has been privileged to work with choreographers such as Donald Byrd, Kevin Wynn, Kazuko Hirabyashi, Ayako Kurakako, Astrid Von Ussar and Tracie Standfield. Anastasia joined Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre in 2002 and is proud to be actively involved in team teaching for Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre's outreach program DanceREACH.

MARIANNA TSARTOLIA (Dancer) was born in Athens, Greece, where she received her B.F.A. in dance from the State School of Dance. In 1997 she graduated from the Merce Cunningham Studio as a recipient of the Onassis Foundation and Merce Cunningham Foundation scholarships. She has performed in the U.S. and Europe with various companies including Harry Mandafounis Modern Dance Company, Octana Dance Theatre, Connecticut Ballet and Analysis Dance Company. Mrs Tsartolia joined the Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre in 1998. For the past five years she has worked as a teaching artist for PRDT's outreach program DanceREACH. She has taught technique and repertory workshops in the U.S., France and Bermuda. In 2004 she was thrilled to restage Pascal Rioult's "Bolero" for the State School of Dance in Athens, Greece and then returned again in March of 2006 to restage Rioult's "Wien."
